OUR TEAM
While ETC is led by Founder & Artistic Director Lily Chrones, the company is proud to collaborate with a diverse network of artists, including directors, writers, actors, playwrights, musicians, designers, technicians, drag artists, circus performers, and other multidisciplinary creators throughout New York City. Since its founding, ETC has worked with nearly 100 creatives across productions, events, films, and community programs.
Founder & Artistic Director
Lily Chrones (they/them) is an award-winning theatre artist and the Founder & Artistic Director of Euphoria Theatre Company, a queer-led nonprofit dedicated to uplifting LGBTQIA+ voices through bold, joyful, and community-centered work. Since founding ETC in 2020, Lily has produced numerous theatrical productions, cabarets, community events, and original works across New York City, recently leading the company to achieve nonprofit status. Most recently, they produced the short film adaptation of Say NO to One Paseo and launched YOUTH-phoria, a dream project more than two years in the making. Lily received the Fresh Fruit Festival Award for Best Supporting Actor in 2024 and holds a BFA in Contemporary Theatre from Boston Conservatory at Berklee. IG: @lifewithlily | lilychrones.com
