YOUTH-phoria is led by a team of professional theatre artists, educators, musicians, and creators dedicated to fostering creativity, confidence, and collaboration.

Artistic Director & Founder
Lily Chrones (they/them) is a Brooklyn-based theatre artist, educator, and the Founder & Artistic Director of Euphoria Theatre Company. A graduate of Boston Conservatory at Berklee with a BFA in Contemporary Theatre, Lily has produced theatrical events and productions throughout New York City while creating inclusive, community-centered spaces for artists and audiences alike. Inspired by their own collaborative theatre training, YOUTH-phoria has been a dream project years in the making, designed to help young artists build confidence, creativity, and meaningful connections through the joy of ensemble-based theatre. Lily is passionate about creating welcoming environments where every child feels seen, supported, and empowered to share their unique voice.

Antonio Del Valle
Music Director
Antonio Del Valle (he/they) is an award-winning composer, lyricist, music director, and pianist from Queens, New York. Their original work has been featured by Prospect Musical Theater Lab, BMI Lehman Engel Musical Theatre Workshop, and the McGuire & Simon Holiday Salon. Antonio currently serves as the Music Director for Head Over Heels at AfterWork Theater and is excited to help bring the world of YOUTH-phoria to life through music and collaboration. Drawing from their experience as both a theatre creator and educator, Antonio is passionate about helping young artists discover their creativity, confidence, and unique artistic voices. Throughout the workshop, they will support students in exploring storytelling through music while fostering a joyful and collaborative creative process.

Ezra Noel
Artistic Mentor
Ezra noel (he/him) is a brooklyn-based theatre-maker and drag artist. he has collaborated on developing new works of theatre with the new york theatre barn, breaking the binary theatre, the trans entertainment guild, floorwork arts collective, and various third spaces with his wildly talented pals & peers. as an educator, he has directed various youth productions, facilitated educational workshops, and provided audition coaching for kids of all ages. His goal as a storyteller is to create characters that explore queerness, parasocial relationships, and the inherent performance of self in an age of curated digital identity and convenience. he strives to produce pieces of theatre for the tumblr kids of the world. Ezra is a featured vocalist on the xena: warrior musical original cast album, and the third sex: a 1930s transvestite lieder live ep. recent credits: butch wicked (brooklyn comedy collective), inferno: a transsexual rager (148 frost st.), iron henry’s frog prince (a.r.t. s oxford space)

Matti Parone
Artistic Mentor
Matti Parone (they/them) is a playwright, actor, emcee, and Co-founder / Producing Artistic Director of Floorwork Arts Collective, where they develop original, experimental theater and live events across Brooklyn, bringing together performance and physical artists to spark social and ecological change. As an independent producer Matti has spent years building and supporting creative communities across mediums in commercial and cultural spaces — from large-scale events to local podcast journalism to live music events.Their work is inspired by community engagement strategies and a belief that meaningful experiences are built through trust and shared authorship. Matti’s practice centers on helping artists, creators, and organizations turn strong ideas into sustainable, high-quality work weaving the purpose and philosophy of the project into the fabric of its development.​

Alexi Horne
Artistic Mentor
Actor and performer Alexi Horne (he/him) is no stranger to the stage. In just the past year he has performed with Opera North in their production of Man of La Mancha, and The Three Penny Opera on The Manhattan School of Music Mainstage. He also recently performed and co-directed Manhattan School of Music's APO Night of Color, a Musical Revue for the Musical Theater department's students of color. He recently graduated from Manhattan School of Music with a BFA in Musical Theatre.
